What we provide
We use a peer checking system and years of estimating experience to ensure that not a single door is missed. Unlike other trades where materials are bought by volume or by box, we understand that missing even 1 door can be extremely costly. So there is no margin for error.
We will give you a list of door counts by size and material in excel along with a colored pdf markup of all the doors taken off. You can use it to check our takeoff and also during installation.

We also provide a full takeoff of door accessories or doors sets which includes a list of all the items with quantities that are used on the doors for the entire project.
This is really useful as different door sets can have many common items. It is quite painstaking to arrive at total counts of an individual item by going though all the door sets and their counts. We do this for you.
We are also able to provide takeoffs for curtain walls or storefront systems if that falls in your scope of work.
