What we provide
From roofing shingles to flat roofs we have experience in estimating every single type of roofing material used in construction.
We will give you a list of material quantities in excel with a colored pdf markup of the estimate and the software file if required. This is great for checking and installation, but also for showing clients.
We also compare elevations to roof plans and make sure there are no discrepancies that can cost you later on.

For every type of roof we have an excel template to make sure you don't just get estimates for roof area and hips, valleys, eaves, ridges etc. But also other materials that go into installation but may not be mentioned on the plans.
We can even estimate roofing quantities without any roof plans! We have the capability to estimate quantities from just the elevations (for sloped roofs, not flat or mixed roofs). See below for an example.
For siding we can also estimate waste accurately based on size and box quantity by referencing the manufacturers' website.
We can also estimate gutter and downpipe quantities if required.
